Information we receive

When you email us, we receive your email address, message, and information you choose to provide. Our hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser details, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the website. Please do not send patient information, medical records, passwords, or sensitive personal information.

Website performance and cookies

We use Cloudflare to help deliver and protect the site, and its Web Analytics beacon to measure page performance and visits. Cloudflare describes Web Analytics as operating without analytics cookies or tracking people across websites. Hosting and security services may still process connection data. WordPress uses cookies for login and related functions; WooCommerce can use cookies for carts and store sessions when those features are available. See our Cookies & Privacy Choices page.

Our shop and planned features

The shop is currently a collection preview; website checkout is not open. When ordering becomes available, WooCommerce will process order and customer records, Stripe will process payments and fraud checks, and Printify, its print providers, and delivery carriers will receive the order and delivery details needed to make and ship your products. These details can include your name, email, shipping address, contact number if supplied, purchased items, and transaction information. We do not ask customers to email card details. Full card information is handled through the payment provider rather than stored as readable card numbers in our store.

If customer or employer accounts become available, we will process account details, credentials in protected form, and information submitted through those features. We will update this notice before introducing materially different data uses. Signing up for marketing, if offered, is separate from sending an inquiry or placing an order.

How we use and share information

We use information to respond to you, operate and protect the website, manage permitted submissions, and, when shopping opens, fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Our service providers include website hosting and maintenance support, email services, Cloudflare, and the commerce providers described above when used. Access is limited to the purposes of providing those services. Information may also be disclosed where legally required, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Community contributions and other websites

Contact us before sending a story for publication. We seek permission before publishing a contribution, and published stories may include the name or details you approve. Our Facebook links take you to Meta’s services, where their privacy rules apply. The community number displayed on our site is an aggregate Page follower count; it does not identify individual followers. Other linked sites and their forms are controlled by their operators.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, support, security, and applicable legal, tax, or dispute obligations. Retention depends on the record and provider; some backup copies may persist until their normal replacement cycle. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or transmission is completely secure. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

Your choices and requests

Email [email protected] to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity safely before fulfilling a request. We will handle requests as required by applicable law; legal obligations can require retaining some records. You may use browser cookie controls and unsubscribe from marketing emails if you receive them. We do not currently use advertising trackers that sell or share browsing information. Children and changes

The site is intended for an adult nursing audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We will update the effective date when this notice changes and provide additional notice where required.
