Effective October 10, 2026. TheNurseLife.com is operated by The Nurse Life, LLC. These terms describe permitted website use and the terms that apply when our shop accepts orders. The shop is currently a preview and checkout is not open.

Using the website

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, impersonate others, submit unlawful or infringing material, or harvest personal information. Our content is intended for an adult audience. Any purchaser must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority where they live.

Content and intellectual property

Our brand, original designs, and content are owned by us or used with permission. You may read and use our resources for personal, noncommercial purposes; do not reproduce or sell our designs or represent our content as your own. Third-party marks belong to their owners. Please email us about permissions or alleged infringement, identifying the work and relevant page.

Information and outside links

Content provides general education, career guidance, and community perspectives. It is not individualized medical, legal, financial, employment, or licensing advice. Check requirements with the relevant official organization. Links to other websites do not guarantee their content, offers, services, or availability. Our Disclaimer and Editorial Policy explain these limits.

Contributions

Contact us before submitting a story for publication. Only submit material you may lawfully share, without patient or other confidential information. Publication permission, attribution, and any editing will be agreed separately; emailing an inquiry does not automatically grant us ownership of your work.

Orders when the shop opens

The product page and checkout will identify available sizes, colors, prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and supported destinations before payment. Review all details and the applicable size guide. We may decline orders we cannot fulfill or reasonably suspect are fraudulent; any payment for an order we cancel will be refunded. If a material listing error is discovered after purchase, we will contact you rather than impose a higher price without your agreement.

Our merchandise is made to order through Printify’s network of print providers. Product mockups are illustrations of intended appearance; colors and placement can vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances. The actual product description specifies whether a design is printed or embroidered. A lifestyle image does not establish that embroidery is offered on every product.

Shipping, cancellations, and refunds

Read our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds before ordering. Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order; changes may not be possible once production begins. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights required by law. We do not accept change-of-mind, customer-selected size, or color returns for made-to-order products. We address damaged, defective, incorrect, and qualifying delivery problems as described in the refund policy.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to maintain accurate, useful information but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or particular career or health outcomes. We remain responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law. Nothing here excludes nonwaivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights.

Updates and contact
